-Candice Dressing provides returns & exchange for all items, except Sale items (eg : special discount item)
-Returns can only made one time per order number.

-All Item(s)must be returned in original condition(unwashed, same packaging and with tags)
-Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
-All items must be shipped back to Candice Dressing within 7 working days upon item received.
-All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer (West Malaysia RM8/ East Malaysia RM19).
-Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us.
-We only refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
-Refund would only be done as store credit coupon, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
-Store credit coupon cannot use to pay shipping fees, only can use store credit coupon to buy items.
-All return/exchange request will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
-Return won’t be accept if we do not receive RETURN NOTICE/RETURN FORM from Facebook /Instagram/Whatsapp
❤️What should I do if I received defected / incorrect item?
We apologize if you have received a defected/incorrect item from us.
Customer must make any claims of defects with attachment clear pictures to show and must be shipped back to Candice Dressing within 7 working days upon item received.
We will do an exchange for the exact same item. Only in the event that the item is Out Of Stock , customer may opt to exchange for another item of the same or higher value (Top-up is required) or a refund.
All merchandises must be returned in original condition (unwashed and with tags intact).

2. Sample of message for RETURN ITEMS Subject : RETURN FORM ORDER NUMBER: PRODUCT(s) CODE : REASONS : example ( Item does not fit / unsatisfactory item / Defective Items- attach photo(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )
3. MUST remark your Facebook Name / Instagram ID Name which you used to contact us to request return items & Invoice Number/ Order ID on a paper/sticky note into your parcel.
