General Questions

Order status is where you can find all your order details including payment information, shipping information, item purchased and etc. All your orders will be categorized based on its order status into [Processing, On Hold, Completed, Cancelled and Return / Refund].

You can access your My Purchases by following the steps below :

  1. Go to your “My Account” page.
  2. Click on “Orders” : Then will proceed to a page that show all of your orders.

Payments

Candice Dressing accepts MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, and American Express.

All available payment options will be displayed at the checkout, once you have proceed to the checkout. 

Your transaction and payment details are directly handled by billplz & stripe, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards.

Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank –Including Candice Dressing.

Candice Dressing will only accepts Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) for any purchase.

Shipping

We ship orders to any East Malaysia/West Malaysia address.

Orders shipping to East Malaysia (including Labuan) may require additional time for delivery.

All orders to be delivered are shipped from our warehouse in Johor, Malaysia.

You are charged a flat rate for every single order as stated below:-

Malaysia
Flat rate: West-RM8
Free shipping over RM150

Flat rate: East-RM19
Free shipping over RM250

Singapore
Flat rate: RM45
Free shipping over RM600

  2. Click on ‘Orders
  3. Choose your order by clicking on ‘View‘ button
  4. Click on ‘Track‘ button to track your order

Returns and Refund

Yes. Candice Dressing do accepts returns of item if an item arrives damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or if the buyer receives the wrong item

To returns and refund your item(s), you may follow the steps below:-

1. Click here to proceed to the returns and refund page 

2. Fill in the Return and Refund Request Form

3. Submit your Return and Refund Request Form by clicking on the ‘Submit‘ button

Your returns and refund may take at least 7 days to process.

All items can be return except Best Buy / Sale Items / Discounted Items and Intimates.

Returns must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All items are not to be soaked. If colour runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.

All returns must be sent back within 7 working days upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. (we will not allow any exchange if you fail to return the item(s) within the time)

Returns fees are needed. You may pay for the courier fees if you wish to returns of an/the item(s).

You may receive your refund between 7 – 14 days after Candice Dressing has approved your refund request.
